Climate:
Tonga's climate is tropical and quite pleasant, with conditions that are moderated by prevailing trade winds.

Average temperatures for Tonga range from 77°F (25°C) to 82°F (28°C) year-round, with annual precipitation at 60 inches (1,530 mm).

As with many tropical islands in the South Pacific, Tonga experiences a cyclone season that runs from November 1st through April 30th.

Note that Tonga seasons are just the opposite of those in the Northern Hemisphere, as Spring is (Sept-Nov), Summer is (Dec-Feb), Fall is (Mar-May) and Winter is (Jun-Aug).
