Mild, rainy winters and hot, dry summers are common for the northern part of the country, while the south experiences hot and dry conditions as the mountains of the north give way to the Saraha desert.
Average temperatures for Tunisia range from 104°F (40°C) in the summer months to 68°F (20°C) in the winter months.
