Specifically positioned in the Canadian Maritimes, a region of eastern Canada (a part of North America), Nova Scotia is bordered by the Canadian province of
New Brunswick, and by the Gulf of St. Lawrence, Northumberland Strait, Bay of Fundy and Atlantic Ocean.
