Climate:
Newfoundland and Labrador's weather is difficult to predict due to its East coast location by the Atlantic Ocean. Conditions can change in a minute. 

The summers are generally mild and are perfect for outdoor activities. The winters are cold, but for anyone who enjoys outdoor activities, there are plenty of opportunities for skiing and snowmobiling. 

The driest month is April; August is the wettest month. 

The locals are proud of the climate - they claim the changing temperatures are invigorating and build character.
