Climate:

Mediterranean climate, and is well-known for its six month long summer air.
Average temperatures range between the high 60's (20°C) and mid 80's (29°C) throughout most of the year, with winter highs only falling into the low 50's (13°C).
Precipitation mainly falls during the winter months in the form of heavy showers and snowfall in the higher reaches of the country.
