![]() Photographed on a Nikon D300, AF-S Nikkor 18-200mm lens. ![]() Battery Park is a 25-acre public park located at the southern tip of the New York City borough of Manhattan, facing New York Harbor. From here ferries depart for the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island, and the park is often full of large crowds of tourists, as well as street performers and vendors of all description. ![]() One group of local acrobats pulled five people from the crowd, and asked them to bend over. Then one of their own (with a 50 foot running start) literally flipped over the group of volunteers to rave applause and about $100 in tips. ![]() ![]() |
